Travelers might find a clever, easier way to plan itineraries at Passported.com
- Share via
Crafting an itinerary can be burdensome, but here’s a clean and clever shortcut worth using.
Name: Passported.com
What it does: The website offers travel guides for 42 cities in the Caribbean, Europe, North America and South America. It also has planning tools so you can write and customize your itinerary.
What’s hot: The “Bests” and “Buts” in the City Guides are brilliant. Too often guidebooks and websites don’t give you the lowdown on what to avoid. Don’t miss this section even if you haven’t traveled to the destination. It will give you a heads-up or a reminder about what not to miss — and what you should skip. Make sure to browse the Travel Journal for articles and trip inspiration from posts such as “3 Days in Montreal with Kids” and “Insider Guide to San Miguel.”
What’s not: Some of the City Guides are packed with information, while others are a bit sparse. Use the site as a starting point and get as detailed as you like when you craft your own itinerary.
