Youth Bus Passes Offered for Summer

Summer youth passes are now available through Camarillo Area Transit.
The passes, which can be used during July and August, provide unlimited rides on the local buses and are good for discounts at Camarillo businesses and recreation centers.
“CAT’s summer youth pass provides young residents with a safe and reliable way of getting to summer jobs, local pools and recreation centers or the movies,” said Tom Fox, city transportation engineer.
Passes are sold in one-month increments for $30 a month.
Youngsters may use either CAT’s fixed-route bus service or Dial-A-Ride, which provides door-to-door service within the city limits.
