Children who face boredom during the winter holidays can sign up for Campventure, a weeklong camp filled with activities.
Games, crafts, sports and day trips are only some of the things the children will do Dec. 27 to 31 and Jan. 3 to 7 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Extended camp from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. is also available. Registration is $60 per week and $85 for the extended camp with discounts for siblings.
The camp, sponsored by the Anaheim Community Services Department, is held at Peralta Canyon Park, 155 N. Pinney Drive.
